Marketing Internship (Social Media & Customer Support) | SCULPT Pilates (sculpt.fit)

Location: Cape Town/Johannesburg | Type: Internship | Work setup: Hybrid | Role Type: Full-time

Sculpt Pilates is looking for a friendly, switched-on Marketing Intern to support their online and social media customer experience, reply to DMs, comments, enquiries, and to help grow the brand.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the fundamentals of community management, brand tone, and customer support with room to grow into content creation if you’ve got the interest and basic skills.

What you’ll do

• Reply to Instagram, email and online enquiries

• Guide people to book and follow up on enquiries

• Keep messages organised and track open conversations

• Bonus: Support content ideas, captions, basic posting and story replies

You’re a great fit if you

• Communicate clearly and respond quickly (you’re calm under pressure)

• Are comfortable on Instagram and/or Google My Business

• Enjoy helping people and making them feel looked after

• Want to learn real-world marketing while supporting a premium

• Keen to grow with our brand as we expand

Nice to have (not required)

• Canva basics or simple editing (CapCut, Reels, etc.)

• Copywriting or caption writing

• Experience working with customers or bookings

What you’ll learn

• Social media support systems (DM workflow, FAQs, tone of voice)

• Community management + service recovery

• Content planning basics (if you want to grow into it)

• How a high-performing studio runs client experience online
