Who is Qala? That's a good question! What does the name mean? An even better question! At Qala we are revolutionising the recruitment system for Gen Z talent. Our mission is to connect young people to jobs. We are tired of people having great potential and not being able to find jobs! We're all about building cool things that's deeply rooted in human connection.

So what is this role about?

Well it's a chance for you to shine! But other than that, we are looking for creative student(s) to help us build fun yet meaningful campaigns to grow our brand and presence. We want you to tap into your CREATIVE POTENTIAL

What you'll actually do:

• Help build Qala's LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok from the foundations.

• Assist with candidate-attraction campaign(s) both online and in-person to drive brand growth.

• Even run your own campaign with our support - we back our people to go out and follow through on cool, bold ideas!

Who we're looking for:

• Someone who's made something they're genuinely proud of, it doesn't have to be big.

• YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO CONNECT WITH GEN Z!

• Someone who ships, rather than dreams and never acts.

• Someone who can handle a bit of chaos and pressure!

• A current student or recent graduate.

• Experience with Instagram, TikTok and/or LinkedIn (not just scrolling)

• It would be great of you have editing
