Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Legal, HR & Compliance Manager to lead and integrate the organization's legal, litigation, compliance, governance, risk, and human capital functions across multiple business entities.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage all legal, labour, litigation, and compliance matters
· Oversee CCMA cases, disciplinary processes, grievances, and employee relations
· Draft and review contracts, policies, and legal documentation
· Ensure compliance with labour laws, governance, and regulatory requirements
· Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations
· Develop and maintain risk, governance, and compliance frameworks
Minimum Requirements
· LLB Degree or relevant HR/Law qualification
· Minimum 7 years’ experience in Legal, Labour Relations, Compliance, and HR Management
· Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and corporate governance
· Experience managing litigation, CCMA matters, and HR operations
· Strong leadership, drafting, and stakeholder management skills
