2. Online Exam Invigilation 

   2.1 Reviewing Proctoring Logs

   2.2 Producing Proctoring Reports

   2.3 Communicating to Operations and Academics on the compliance of their groups

7. IST Desktop Support

8. Orientations, client demos (based on experience and presentation skills)
