Overview
The HR Assistant provides administrative and coordination support to the Human Resources function. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, assisting with HR processes, and ensuring efficient day-to-day HR operations under the guidance of the HR team.

Minimum Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
· 1–2 years’ experience in an HR or administrative role (advantageous)
· Basic knowledge of HR processes and labour legislation
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Technical Skills
· Basic understanding of HR processes and administration
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Core Competencies
· High attention to detail and accuracy
