Digital Marketing Assistant / Content Coordinator (Junior Role)

Court Order is looking for a junior Marketing Assistant / Content Coordinator to support the execution of our in-store content and digital marketing.

This is a hands-on assistant role, focused on executing tasks and content based on direction from management. You will be responsible for capturing content, posting consistently, and assisting with campaigns and email marketing.

This is not a remote role. You will be based at our Rosebank store, working closely with management and assisting in the day-to-day execution of marketing activities.

This role is best suited to someone creative, reliable, organised, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Support

• Assist in managing Instagram and TikTok accounts

• Post content according to the provided content calendar

• Write captions based on campaign direction

• Monitor comments and messages when required

• Assist in maintaining consistent posting schedules

Content Creation Support

• Capture photos and videos in-store

• Edit basic video content (Reels, TikToks, short-form content)

• Assist with preparing content for social media

• Operate company-owned camera equipment

• Travel (company-paid) to other store locations when required

• Assist with professional photoshoots

Campaign Assistance

• Assist with product launches and marketing campaigns

• Follow instructions and timelines provided by management

• Help coordinate content preparation for campaigns

• Support influencer and promotional activities

Email Marketing Support (Important Part of Role)

• Creating and sending email campaigns

• Upload products and images into email templates

• Maintain customer lists and email flows

• Ensure emails are sent on schedule

General Marketing Assistance

• Attend weekly planning meetings

• Assist with basic trend and competitor research

• Work with designers and external creatives when required

• Support day-to-day marketing tasks as assigned

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok (posting, trends, and platform basics)

• Intermediate photo and video editing ability (comfortable creating short-form content)

• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Drip, or similar)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

• Good organisational and time-management skills

• Comfortable working in-store and collaborating with retail staff

• Willingness to learn and take direction, while being able to complete tasks independently

• Ability to manage multiple small tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience creating social media content for a brand or small business

• Interest in fashion, sneakers, or streetwear culture

• Basic camera knowledge (framing, lighting, and composition)

• Experience scheduling posts or managing simple content calendars

• Basic understanding of social media trends and how content performs
