Role Overview

English Zone One is looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Content Creator to plan, create, film, edit, and publish engaging content across our digital platforms. This role will showcase our student experience, school culture, accommodation, activities, and brand through high-quality visual and written storytelling that connects with current and prospective students.


The ideal candidate is confident creating content from concept to final post, comfortable filming in different environments, and passionate about social media, storytelling, and brand growth.



Key Responsibilities

• Content creation: Plan, film, photograph, and edit content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Student experience: Capture campus life, classroom activities, accommodation, excursions, events, testimonials, and day-to-day student moments.

• Content planning: Develop a monthly content calendar and generate campaign ideas for courses, accommodation, activities, events, and seasonal promotions.

• Trend research: Review social media trends, competitor content, and industry insights to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

• On-site filming: Travel to the EZO office, student accommodation, activity locations, partner venues, and events to capture professional and authentic content.

• Publishing: Schedule and publish content across platforms while maintaining consistent tone, messaging, and brand presentation.

• Community management: Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages where required.

• Reporting: Track performance, review analytics, and recommend improvements for future content and campaigns.



Skills & Experience

• Experience in content creation, videography, photography, and editing.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, short-form video, content trends, and platform-specific storytelling.

• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools.

• Excellent communication, copywriting, caption writing, and storytelling ability.

• Highly organised, able to manage a content calendar, and comfortable working independently.

• Confident interacting with students, staff, partners, and clients in public or event settings.

• Flexible and willing to travel to different locations for content capture.

• Valid driver’s licence preferred
